Aviary Mesh Medium Bird 12x12mm 1.24mm Hot Dipped Gal 120mm high 30m. Has a small aperture and medium weight making it ideal for most medium birds such as Peachface, Cockatiels, African Love Birds and smaller parrots. The rectangular shape allows very good visibility into the aviary. The small aperture also deters vermin such as mice. Also suitable for other house and garden projects. Suggested breeds are a guide only – actual mesh used will also depend on the design and construction of your cage, aviary or pen. Hot dip galvanised for maximum corrosion protection.
Note: It is recommended that new galvanised wire mesh used in aviaries and pet cages be treated to remove excess zinc that could possibly harm the pets. Shave off any zinc spikes with a utility knife. The mesh should then be scrubbed with a mild solution of vinegar (2 cups in a bucket of water), and rinsed with clean water.
